Best diet ever

We walk around without any notice, our struggles will reach a point with no profit, the food we cook can be tested not as sweet as those we buy in different shops with high prices, but, do we get the same supplements in both foods?
Eating any food has no problem, but do we eat healthy food?

Eating well is very important for all of us. In the short-term, it can help us to feel good, look our best and stay at a healthy weight. In the long-term, a healthy, balanced diet can reduce our risk of heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.
Plenty of protein, carbohydrates, fat and water are very good examples of balanced diet foods. We Tanzanians don’t have a habit of eating fruits; we eat them after being prescribed by the health personnels or feel somehow bad, though few of us do eat fruits daily.
The best way to win this situation is by preparing our plates of food with various appetizers like salads, hot sauces, mixed fruits, yoghurts, a piece of lemon and many others, this could make your saliva desiring for more, so there, fruits would be needed every before and after meal.
Exercising is part and parcel of a healthy person, eating healthy food while taking a long rest daily will not solve any problem rather than increasing the bad side of it.
We don’t have to go to gym to ensure our healthy lives; jogging, walking around, stretching can be enough. A human body normally has to be strong and fit all time.
We can ask ourselves, how many times a day do we take a glass of water?
Water takes 60% in human body, if we fail to drink at least 3 letters per day, we will be so near by the unnecessary illnesses. A human body is like a cement house construction, without water there will be no house
Taking an apple a day will help to avoid all unnecessary diseases, taking a glass of milk a day will help to make the muscles and bones stronger, nuts a day will soften your skin, green vegetables a day will make the body active and fit.
